These terms apply when you use worksheetpatch.com (“Worksheet Patch,” “we,” “us”), which is operated by Echols Tech Solutions. By using the site, creating an account, or making a purchase, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.

1. Who can use Worksheet Patch

Worksheet Patch is for adults: teachers, parents, homeschool educators, and tutors. You must be at least 18 to create an account or make a purchase. The worksheets are meant to be used with children, but the site itself is not meant for children to use on their own.

2. Your account

• You sign in with a secure email link, so keep access to your email account safe.
• You’re responsible for activity on your account. Tell us right away if you think someone else has used it.
• Please give us an email address you actually use. It’s how we send receipts and help you recover purchases.
• We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

3. Purchases and pricing

• All purchases are one-time payments in U.S. dollars. There are no subscriptions or recurring charges.
• The price shown at checkout is the price you pay, plus any taxes shown during checkout. A minimum order amount may apply.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
• Once your payment is confirmed, your items appear in My purchases, where you can download them again later.
• Prices may change over time. A price change never affects an order you’ve already placed.
• If a pricing error occurs, we may cancel the affected order and refund you in full.

4. License to use worksheets

Worksheets are licensed, not sold. Your use of free and purchased worksheets is covered by our Teacher & Household License. In short, use them with your own students or children, and don’t share, post, or resell the files.

5. Refunds

Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy. When an order is refunded or reversed through a payment dispute, access to that order’s files ends.

6. Acceptable use

When using the site, you agree not to:

• Get around download protections, share download links, or access files you haven’t purchased.
• Scrape, bulk download, or copy site content using automated tools.
• Upload site content into AI training datasets, or into services that redistribute it.
• Interfere with the site’s security, performance, or payment systems.
• Use the site for anything unlawful, or to harass others.
• Submit false reviews, spam, or misleading messages.

7. Educational content

We carefully write and review our worksheets and align them to Common Core State Standards. Still, we can’t guarantee that every worksheet fits every curriculum, student, or classroom, or that it is completely free of errors. Please review materials before using them with students. If you find a mistake, tell us and we’ll fix it.

8. Reviews and messages

If you post a review or send us a message, you give us permission to use it to run and improve Worksheet Patch, for example by showing your review on a worksheet page. Don’t include students’ names or other personal information about children. We may remove any review at our discretion.

9. Our content

The site, worksheets, answer keys, previews, logos, and text are owned by Echols Tech Solutions and protected by copyright and trademark law. Except as allowed by the license, you may not copy, change, or distribute them.

10. Third-party services

We rely on outside providers, including Stripe (payments), Cloudflare (hosting and security), and Resend (email). Their own terms apply to their services. We aren’t responsible for problems caused by those services, but we’ll help you resolve any issue that affects your purchase.

11. Disclaimers

The site and all worksheets are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We don’t guarantee the site will always be available or error-free.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Echols Tech Solutions is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

Some places don’t allow these limits, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we’ll change the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. If you keep using the site after an update, you accept the new terms. Changes don’t apply to purchases made before the update.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Lee County, Alabama, unless the law requires otherwise.
