Worksheet Patch (“we,” “us”) is operated by Echols Tech Solutions. This policy explains what information we collect when you use worksheetpatch.com, why we collect it, and the choices you have. In short: we collect only what we need to run the site and deliver your worksheets. We don’t sell your information, and we don’t show ads.
1. Information we collect
Information you give us
- Email address: when you create an account, sign in, check out, or contact us.
- Name: when you fill out the contact form (optional anywhere else).
- Newsletter: your email address and where on the site you signed up, when you join our email list. We add you only after you click the link in our confirmation email.
- Messages: what you send through the contact form.
- Reviews: worksheet reviews you choose to post.
- Saved worksheets: items you save to your account.
Information about your purchases
- What you bought, when, the amount paid, and whether an order was refunded.
- Which purchased files you’ve downloaded, so you can download them again later.
- Payment details are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. We receive only limited details from Stripe, such as a customer ID and payment status.
Information collected automatically
- Site activity: general events such as worksheet page views, cart activity, searches on our site, checkouts, and downloads. We use this to understand which worksheets teachers need. These records aren’t used to build a browsing history of you as an individual, and detailed records are deleted after 90 days. After that, we keep only daily totals.
- Security information: we use a scrambled, one-way version of your IP address to prevent spam and abuse. We don’t store your raw IP address.
- Browser storage: we use a small amount of storage in your browser to keep you signed in and remember your cart. We don’t use advertising or tracking cookies.
2. How we use your information
We use your information to:
- Deliver purchases, send receipts, and let you download your files again.
- Sign you in using secure email links.
- Answer your messages and handle refunds.
- Prevent fraud, spam, and unauthorized downloads.
- Understand which worksheets are useful and which ones to make next.
- Send you product news, only if you choose to receive it. You can unsubscribe from any marketing email at any time.
3. Service providers we use
We share information only with companies that help us run Worksheet Patch, and only what each one needs:

These providers handle your information under their own privacy policies and security practices.
We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising.
We may disclose information if the law requires it, to protect the rights and safety of our users or the business, or as part of a sale or transfer of the business. If the business is sold, this policy continues to protect your information.
4. Children’s privacy
Worksheet Patch is for adults: teachers, parents, and homeschool educators. The site isn’t directed to children, and we don’t knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Please don’t include students’ names or other information about children in reviews or messages. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we’ll delete it. Game profiles for children are created and managed by the adult account holder, who is responsible for the information on those profiles.
Game Patch
Game Patch is the children’s game area of Worksheet Patch. Only parents and teachers create accounts and sign in; children never create accounts, sign in, or give us an email address.
A parent may create up to four child profiles on their account. A child profile holds only: a nickname chosen by the family, a game character and how it looks, and game progress — levels completed, stars earned, and the answers given during play. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children: profiles have no real-name requirement and never hold a child’s email, birthday, photo, or location.
The pages children play on carry no advertising trackers.
Progress is kept while the profile exists. A parent can rename or delete a child profile at any time in the Parent Corner; deleting a profile deletes its progress with it. To delete the whole account and everything under it, contact us through the site’s contact page and we will remove it.
5. How long we keep information

6. Your choices and rights
You can ask us to:
- Show you the personal information we have about you.
- Correct information that’s wrong.
- Delete your account and personal information. We may keep purchase records that the law requires us to keep.
- Stop marketing emails, using the unsubscribe link at the bottom of every newsletter email.
To make a request, email [email protected] from the email address on your account. We’ll respond within 30 days. Depending on where you live, you may have additional privacy rights under local law, and we’ll honor them.
7. Security
We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure email sign-in links without passwords, time-limited download links, and restricted admin access. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information. If a breach affects your personal information, we’ll notify you as required by law.
8. Where information is stored
Worksheet Patch is based in the United States, and your information is processed and stored in the United States by us and our service providers.
9. Changes to this policy
If we update this policy, we’ll change the “Last updated” date at the top of the page. If a change significantly affects how we use your information, we’ll notify account holders by email.
